Payment
For payment I can accept the following forms of payment:
-PayPal
-cashier's check
-money order
-bank wire
-cash in person (I am located in the central Arkansas area)
I welcome international buyers. If you pay by PayPal, I must use FedEx for shipping - it generally ranges from $200 to $400, depending on your country. If you can pay by bank wire, then I can use whatever method you wish. I can offer a $30 discount if you pay by bank wire. However, I cannot lower the customs value or mark it as a gift. Please keep in mind that USPS does not offer more than $650 of insurance for most countries.
Most of my guitars are on eBay as well, so please contact me first before you send payment, as the guitar may already have bids.
Returns
Used guitars are....well, used. Occasionally I will carry a guitar with some issues if it's interesting enough. Most of the guitars I carry are very clean, but the older it gets, the more "dings" it can have. So, if you're concerned about a guitar's issues or cosmetic condition, please ask those questions before you buy. I believe in full disclosure - you will know exactly what you're getting.
With that said, if the guitar is not in the condition I described, I will accept a return and issue a full refund. |

Shipping
Shipping will be via UPS or FedEx to anywhere in the lower 48 for $25 to $50, depending on the value of the guitar. This covers full insurance for the purchase amount and professional packing. Other shipping methods may be arranged.
Shipping to anywhere else in the world (including Alaska and Hawaii) is obviously more expensive - e-mail me for a quote.
I can generally ship your guitar the same day that I receive verified payment. If I can't, I will notify you as soon as possible and give you an expected ship date.
Taxes
Arkansas residents pay 6% state sales tax plus applicable municipal/county sales tax where the guitar is delivered.
